1.Protein

The major task of the diet for chronic renal failure patient is limiting the intake of protein, which can be calculated by the quantity of creatinine, carbamide, albumin. In general, low-protein diet ask that the intake of protein is less than 40 g per day. Patients with chronic renal failure should eat high quality protein food such as fish, thin meat, egg and milk. The vegetable protein is unsuited for the patients such as bean products.

2.Fruit

4.Water

5.Low phosphorus and high calcium

Eat less of high phosphorus food including yolk, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seed and soybean. Drink more milk to replenish calcium.

6.Replenish heat

The close restraint of staple food may lead to energy shortage, patients can take almond meal and glycoprival lotus root starch to replenish heat.
