Renal cysts disease actually still have a lot of knowledge, in the current

obstruction.
2. calyx diverticulum, B-ultrasound can be found in cystic renal masses.
Excretory urography visible recreation room there is a contrast agent, but if
they can not show diverticulum and the renal pelvis or calyces communication
channel, the passageway developing feasible retrograde angiography. Recreation
room even can have stone shadow.
3. multilocular renal cysts, mainly as abdominal discomfort, abdominal mass,
occasionally hematuria. B ultrasound and CT see cystic masses within the renal
parenchyma. But inside the cyst is divided into a plurality of liquid dark
area.
4. cystic kidney, B super, IVU and CT were seen similar changes in renal
cysts. However, the thicker wall, the inner wall irregular, papillary broke into
the cavity. Renal arteriography shows the cyst surrounding renal parenchyma with
dense proliferation of blood vessels. Intraoperative frozen section can help
diagnose.
5. renal abscess, general systemic manifestations of acute infection, such as
fever, chills and other side of the kidney area pain, muscle tension, spinal
column and ribs have obvious percussion pain. Blood leukocytosis, urine white
blood cells, bacterial culture positive. IVU shows compression or renal pelvis
filling defect. B ultrasound showed the kidney area was dark area and can lead
to kidney empyema of the primary lesion. Puncture can be pus.
In fact, we often painful awareness for kidney cyst disease, we also need to
be prepared to handle at any time based on the patient's condition, in fact, a
lot of times we know for renal cysts disease is not enough, often under a lot of
